He loves cheeky Percy and can actually recognise him and say his name, which is fab. These little trains are perfect for taking out and about - they're a lovely size. Ours have lasted quite well considering the heavy play they get from 4 young kids. OK, so they may have a few little chips in them now, but nothing that would take any fun out of them - they just look more authentic!!! And they don't chip nearly as easily as the wooden range.
I would highly recommend these to anyone with Thomas mad kids!
