Good, imaginative funReview date: 2010-03-09 Rating: 8 out of 10My 3 1/2 year old son is fanatical about his wooden train set, and so was very excited about buying his collapsing train with some of his Christmas money. He couldn't wait for it to arrive, and he wasn't disappointed. It has been constantly played with since it has arrived and we have made up lots of games about trains crashing or bridges collapsing on other trains, which he finds hysterically funny, and feeds his imagination - the more drama the better! The set also comes with the two slopes either side of the bridge and has a track link underneath the bridge too, which is useful. The bridge itself and the button is plastic, so I was a little concerned about it's durability, but so far so good.

Older and younger children who come to play also love it. They play rescue with a variety of story lines. The toy shows no hints of breaking or wearing out yet, and I see no end to the imaginative ways it can be played with. Highly recommended to fans of wooden railway.
